Founded in Barcelona in 1996 by an entrepreneur who started working from a spare room, this group has grown into a multi-office practice with more than one hundred staff, now covering ten locations across Spain, including Madrid, Marbella, Alicante, Girona, the Balearic Islands and Seville. Its purpose is to serve foreign companies, investors, family offices and individuals living or working in Spain, with particular emphasis on clients from the Netherlands, Germany, Scandinavia, the UK, Belgium, North America and Australia, each with a dedicated desk. A sister legal practice and an insurance and finance arm complete a single-contact model. Specialist niches include athletes, pilots and the special tax regime for newcomers. The team is evenly split between Spanish and foreign professionals, and the firm sets up subsidiaries for shareholders from five continents. Membership of Spanish accounting, tax and bar associations is listed, and a published satisfaction score is highlighted.

Services

Company incorporation of Spanish subsidiaries, stated as achievable within ten business days, followed by ongoing compliance including fiscal representation and legal secretarial work. Bookkeeping and management reporting, corporate tax returns, VAT returns and international VAT questions, plus payroll and employment contract administration for foreign employers. Personal tax services cover income tax returns, inheritance and gift tax, emigration to Spain and the special regime for inbound workers. Legal support is available for property purchases, with tax advice for high-net-worth individuals and sportspeople.
