Barcelona practice founded in 1952 by Laureano Morera Bargués and still family-led, now with more than thirty professionals working across tax, accounting, legal and audit disciplines. The group operates through two companies, an advisory entity and a separate audit company, from the same Gran Via building. Since 2014 it has belonged to the IECnet association of accountants, auditors and tax consultants, which it uses to support clients with operations abroad, such as foreign subsidiaries, international inheritances and overseas accounting. The website is published in English, Spanish and Catalan. A dedicated section for entrepreneurs explains how it assists new activities, while its international consulting page is aimed mainly at its own clients expanding outwards rather than at foreign companies entering Spain.

Services

Legal services include incorporation, dissolution and liquidation of companies, bylaw changes, capital operations, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring and legal secretarial work such as minutes and certificates. Accounting covers bookkeeping, financial reporting, preparation and legalisation of official books and administrative procedures before public bodies. Tax work covers advice, returns including the foreign-assets declaration, inspections and appeals. The audit company performs mandatory and voluntary audits, limited reviews and expert reports, and the international desk covers cross-border tax, VAT abroad and subsidiaries or branches overseas.
