Established in 1992 in Barcelona's Eixample district, this consultancy has operated from the same office for over three decades and looks after small businesses, freelancers and new entrepreneurs. Over time it brought labour, accounting and legal work under one roof, and since 2018 it has been an accredited entrepreneur service point able to set up limited companies electronically in under a week. It keeps a dedicated immigration service covering identification numbers, residence and work authorisations, family reunification and citizenship, aimed at professionals and entrepreneurs moving to Spain and at companies hiring foreign staff. Real-estate advice for owners and investors and an organisational-intervention department complete the offer. Clients are met by appointment, by video call or through messaging, and the working languages shown on the site are Spanish and Catalan.

Services

Company formation runs through the electronic CIRCE system: company-name reservation, single electronic document, articles of association, coordination with a partner notary, commercial registry entry, tax identification number, census registration and administrator social-security registration. Ongoing services include tax returns and planning, bookkeeping, payroll, employment contracts, legal advice, real-estate transactions and rental taxation, and immigration files such as NIE, residence, work permits and nationality applications.
