Established in 1993 by an economist and tax specialist, this Madrid consultancy now employs more than fifty people and works from an office on Calle de Recoletos. It is an independent member of an international alliance of professional firms, though it is sized here on its own staff. Its international division serves foreign groups that operate in Spain through three tiers: full outsourcing of administration for subsidiaries without local staff, external accounting and tax preparation for those with administrators, and specialist advice with parent-company reporting for larger units. Technicians help overseas investors set up a Spanish company. Further lines include non-resident taxes, the special regime for inbound workers, payroll, financial management, valuations, compliance programmes, whistleblower channels and data protection. Services

Accounting and tax work covers bookkeeping, official books, annual accounts, corporate tax and representation in inspections. Management outsourcing acts as a client's administration department, including invoicing, supplier payments, collections follow-up and cash-flow reports. Non-resident services cover property-owner returns, foreign-asset declarations, census registration and the inpatriate regime. Payroll is handled for companies in Spain. Support for foreign investors includes company set-up. Consulting adds business valuation, viability plans, expert reports, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, money-laundering prevention and data protection.
