A multidisciplinary team of social-security graduates, economists and lawyers covers payroll, equality plans, tax, accounting, corporate and legal advice, alongside consultancy for franchises, commerce, financial planning and professional firms, and in-company training. For new ventures it advises on the most suitable legal form and carries out the registrations with the tax authority, social security and the town hall, and its corporate department lists the incorporation of companies together with statute changes and advice to governing bodies. The firm belongs to the Andalusian network of knowledge-based service companies and follows its ethics code. The website is in Spanish only, shows no prices and contains no section for foreign clients.
