Arent SA is a small fiduciary firm in Lugano, created in 2017 when its present owner took over the practice she worked in. The team is entirely female and led by a registered fiduciary manager who sits on the Ticino committee of the Swiss fiduciary association. It handles tax declarations, bookkeeping for small and medium companies and family office tasks, and adds help with contracts, insurance and day-to-day administration. International clients can use an administrative seat for non-resident independents, advice for cross-border workers and foreign income, treaty-based withholding tax recovery, relocation and residence permit paperwork, and counselling for very wealthy individuals.
