Capital Trustees is an independent Swiss trustee company founded in 2005, licensed by FINMA since April 2022, with offices in Lugano and Zurich. It serves international private clients with cross-border interests, historically close to Italian-speaking clients and now global, with a team that works in twelve languages. Its core business is the establishment and administration of trusts, private trust companies, family offices and Swiss charitable foundations. Alongside this it offers personal Swiss tax advisory, including return preparation, fiscal representation and negotiation of lump-sum taxation in Ticino, relocation support for individuals, and Swiss corporate services covering company formation, directorship, domiciliation, accounting set-up, payroll, bank-account assistance and corporate relocation. Some of these services are provided through an independent fiduciary sister company with offices in Zurich, Lugano and Altdorf. Team members hold memberships of STEP, ICAEW and the International Fiscal Association. No prices are published.

Personal tax: return preparation, fiscal representation, lump-sum taxation agreements, VAT and customs support. Company formation, domiciliation, Swiss directorship, accounting and tax services, HR and payroll, bank-account opening help and corporate relocation, partly delivered through the sister fiduciary. Services draw on in-house tax, legal, compliance and trust-accounting teams.
