Created in 2018 by a French-trained lawyer turned U.S. CPA, this Manhattan practice with a Paris office is geared to Europeans, and particularly French speakers, who want to establish themselves in the United States. Its four listed professionals work across English, French and Spanish and bring backgrounds in French-American taxation, payroll and international tax law. Clients include companies launching a U.S. subsidiary, individuals moving their tax residence, dual nationals and green-card holders needing to regularise their position, and entrepreneurs who want outsourced CFO support. The site also exists in a French version. No fee schedule is published, and no sector list or regulator numbers are given beyond the CEO's CPA and French accounting credentials.
