The workflow is software-driven: founders submit an application, choose an LLC or C-corporation in Delaware or Wyoming, and the team files the paperwork, secures the federal tax ID without needing an SSN, and prepares governance documents. After formation the same dashboard handles registered agent duties, compliance filings, a virtual mailbox address, bookkeeping, payroll registration, sales tax and federal and state tax returns, including the filings required of foreign-owned single-member LLCs.
