About Leno Corporate Services

Leno was set up in Nassau in 2010 with five employees and has grown into a financial group that combines corporate administration with trust, fund and wealth services. The group says it reached one billion dollars under management in 2022 and took over a Bahamian bank trust business in 2019. Its corporate services arm, licensed under the Financial and Corporate Service Providers Act, serves local entrepreneurs as well as international corporations expanding into the islands. Alongside incorporation and company administration it runs outsourced accounting and payroll for businesses, supported by certified public accountants. The founder and group chief executive leads a senior team covering investments, fund services, operations and corporate secretarial matters. Investment funds, brokerage and retirement planning make up the remainder of the group, so accounting and company services are one division among several.

Services

Corporate services include incorporation and dissolution of domestic companies and international business companies, continuations and re-domiciliations, private foundations, investment condominiums, business licence applications, registered office and agent, corporate directors, nominee shareholders, corporate secretarial work and company searches. Accounting covers bank reconciliations, annual financial statements and quarterly updates. Payroll includes deductions, payslips and statutory filings. VAT and tax identification number applications and ongoing filings are also offered.
