About Corporate Advisors

Corporate Advisors is a Sofia consultancy combining tax advisory, international tax planning, accounting and statutory audit under one roof. Its team of about eleven, organised in accounting, payroll, HR, legal and international business departments, includes former staff of Arthur Andersen, TMF and OCRA Consulting. The firm works with foreign investors and non-resident companies, helping them form Bulgarian subsidiaries and trade representative offices, apply double tax treaties, run bank accounts at home and abroad, and keep corporate books and registers. Locally it also supplies registered office, telephone and mail facilities, bookkeeping, VAT and payroll. A separate line covers sector work in construction, cement, energy, oil and gas, commodities, data centers, crypto mining and defence, including compliance and cross-border operations in the Balkans, MENA, Africa and Central Asia. Services

Services span tax compliance and planning (corporate, personal, indirect and withholding taxes), formation of commercial and investment structures and non-resident subsidiaries, legal support for contracts and mergers, bookkeeping with quarterly and annual statements, VAT registration and returns, payroll and labour contracts, HR assessment and training, and statutory audit. Administrative support includes invoicing, bank-account opening and upkeep with local and foreign banks, mail forwarding, a registered office with phone and e-mail facilities, and corporate secretarial record keeping. Project management for EU-funded programmes is also offered.
