About Epidosis

Founded in Thessaloniki in 1986 as a small accounting and consulting team, Epidosis has grown into a Greek-rooted practice with five service points: Thessaloniki, Athens, Nicosia, Sofia and Petrich. It presents itself as an accounting firm with a physical presence in Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria, and says it advises about a thousand companies and freelancers across those countries. Ongoing services include bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and VIES returns, corporate and personal tax filings, tax representation of foreign residents, financial consulting, and statutory or internal audits under international accounting standards. Support with dividend repatriation to Greece and grant applications is also described.
