About MKA Finance

Founded in 2011 and based on Vitosha Boulevard in Sofia, this accountancy team of fourteen, made up of two managing directors and twelve accountants, serves small and medium companies, self-employed professionals and businesses owned from abroad. It reports more than five hundred active company clients and over two hundred freelancers. Foreign owners are a stated priority: communication, onboarding and online meetings can run entirely in English, documents move through a client portal, and a separate English and Italian resource is dedicated to freelancers moving their activity to Bulgaria. Beyond ordinary bookkeeping, the practice covers payroll, tax advice, company set-up guidance, crypto and brokerage-portfolio tax reporting, and sector knowledge for IT, retail, healthcare, construction and manufacturing. Its founder sits on the managing board of a national accountants' association. Where legal drafting or representation is needed, the firm works with a lawyer.
