Established in 2005, this Sofia accounting house has grown to roughly twenty specialists, with a second office in Sandanski, and supports more than two hundred companies. Its English-language site is clearly aimed at foreign founders and internationally active businesses, including EU and non-EU entrepreneurs, freelancers and owners relocating to Bulgaria. Services are organised into three tracks: company registration, ongoing accounting and payroll, and a separate advisory line for due diligence, cross-border coordination and structural questions. Registration starts with a discovery meeting and covers bilingual founding documents, bank onboarding with AML and beneficial-owner steps, and VAT numbers. Staff include a Russian-speaking office manager, and a regularly updated knowledge hub explains Bulgarian tax, payroll, VAT and compliance topics, such as hiring remote staff through foreign-employer registration.
