Your Accounting Ltd.

About Your Accounting Ltd.

Established in 2014 by a group of young accountants, this Sofia company works with small and medium-sized businesses, both Bulgarian and foreign-owned, and publishes its site in English and Bulgarian. A good part of the offer is built around founders who live abroad: incorporation papers are prepared in two languages, signed remotely and filed with the commercial register, while help with a Bulgarian bank account and a registered address in Sofia completes the setup. Day-to-day work covers subscription bookkeeping, VAT and payroll, and separately priced administrative tasks such as register amendments, annual-report filing and drafting anti-money-laundering policies. The firm states that it does not provide physical mail forwarding, even though its address page mentions mail handling. Pricing plans exist for service and trading companies, but their figures were not captured in the text. Team size and professional licences are not stated.
