Effective Audit is a Varna practice that combines statutory audit, accounting, tax and advisory work for small and medium-sized businesses and private clients. A dedicated international services section addresses overseas companies and individuals who want to trade in or invest in Bulgaria. For these clients the firm sets up Bulgarian commercial entities, including consortia and holdings, runs back-office administration, and advises on structuring a presence, on tax for foreign workers and on cross-border VAT and transfer pricing. It also audits Bulgarian subsidiaries and liaises with group auditors, and supports acquisitions with due-diligence procedures. The firm is led by a manager who is a certified public accountant and belongs to the national accountants institute. The site is published in both Bulgarian and English. A private-client line covers personal financial planning and tax advice. Assurance work extends to audits of EU-funded programmes and reviews of financial statements.
