About Eurolink Investment Group

Founded in Varna in 1994, this investment group started as a consultancy during Bulgaria's privatisation period and later moved into land acquisition and development, which remains its core business. Alongside that activity it runs a professional-services arm for foreign investors, with English-speaking lawyers handling company registration in Bulgaria and, through Cypriot partners, in Cyprus. Accounting, auditing and tax support are offered on a yearly-contract basis, together with translation of registry extracts and immigration paperwork for EU and non-EU nationals. The group reports about 40 staff across land investment, accounting and legal work, with representative offices in Nicosia and London and partnerships in Russia and South Africa. Its chairman also heads a chamber of foreign investors in Bulgaria. Because the website appears dated and professional services sit beside property development, the compliance offer is better seen as a supporting service for its investor clients.
