Accounting office in Varna aimed at small businesses, new entrepreneurs and freelancers who prefer to hand the contact with Bulgarian institutions to someone else. The owner, Denitsa Ilieva, began her career in 2007 at an accounting house serving trade and service companies, went independent about ten years later, and also worked for an organisation managing European projects. Today she leads a team of employees and external consultants. Work starts with a short introductory meeting to understand the activity and expected income and costs, after which the office helps choose a registration form and prepare the papers. Monthly subscription plans are offered in three packages and priced individually according to sector, VAT status, document volume, bank accounts and staff numbers. Clients receive a monthly report on financial results. The site is in Bulgarian and does not address foreign clients.

Services

Services cover bookkeeping for companies and freelancers, VAT ledgers and returns, VIES declarations, bank-statement posting, payroll and personnel files, statistical forms, interim and annual financial statements, annual tax returns and year-end closing. The office also assists with company registration, VAT registration, publication of annual accounts, online banking, and administrative filings with authorities. Paid consultations are available, including a thirty-minute introductory session and a sixty-minute session for a specific accounting, tax or administrative problem.
