Since 1987 CERALP has served businesses in the Lyon area, and today it counts eight chartered accountants and about 100 staff across offices in Lyon, Villefranche-sur-Saône and Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon. Alongside its work for local SMEs, craftsmen, professionals and holding groups, the firm runs a dedicated international practice for foreign companies and groups that want to establish or grow a business in France. A trilingual team working in French, English and German guides clients through the creation of a subsidiary, branch or representative office, drafts the articles of association of the French entity in bilingual versions, and then takes over ongoing administrative, accounting, tax and payroll compliance. For group subsidiaries it prepares bilingual financial reporting aligned with Anglo-Saxon or German standards. Through partner specialists it also supports expatriates and employees seconded to France. Statutory audit, payroll and legal secretarial work are handled in-house.
