From offices in Nice and Cannes on the French Riviera, the concertæ group brings together chartered accountants, statutory auditors, consultants and multilingual staff registered with the Ordre des Experts-Comptables and the national statutory auditors' body. Its French Desk is built for foreign companies establishing a subsidiary, branch or office in France: the Cannes team mainly handles German- and English-speaking clients, while the Nice team looks after English-speaking, Italian and Gulf-region clients. The desk explains the French accounting, payroll, legal and tax environment, provides domiciliation and administrative support, and works in English, German and Italian, with reporting prepared to international standards and coordination with French and foreign auditors. Locally the group keeps books, prepares annual and interim accounts and tax returns, assists during tax audits and sets up management indicators and budgets. Statutory and contractual audit, due diligence and consulting on strategy, transactions and international development complete the offer. The group is a member of the INPACT international association of accounting firms.
