Paris-based Exponens is a multidisciplinary accounting, audit and advisory group with about 500 staff and 36 partners, and a member of the BKR International association. Its foreign desks look after French branches and subsidiaries of overseas groups, combining legal, payroll, accounting and tax work, and the site presents this offer in German, Italian and Korean as well as English. A partner heads the Italian office and the legal department and serves as the group's French VAT reference within BKR. For groups established abroad, the firm creates subsidiaries, branches and liaison offices in France, registers non-established companies for French VAT and assists with acquisition audits. Domestic founders are also covered, from choosing a legal form to filing registration formalities until the company certificate is issued. Payroll teams handle seconded, inpatriate and expatriate employees. The group also provides statutory audit, CSR reporting and consolidation work.
