From its offices in the Tour Pacific at Paris-La Défense, Primexis serves French subsidiaries and branches of international groups, large French companies and mid-caps, with around 450 employees led by French chartered accountants. Its English-language site has dedicated sections for subsidiaries of international groups and an FAQ for foreign companies, and its real estate team of 80 English-speaking specialists handles accounting and tax for French and international investors, including registering foreign entities with the tax office for non-residents for corporate income tax and VAT. The firm offers a registered-office service approved by the Hauts-de-Seine Prefecture, with mail handling and general meetings, and manages accounting, tax compliance and corporate secretarial work for special purpose vehicles. Payroll outsourcing, international payroll and HR administration form a separate practice. Primexis is independent and belongs to the LEA Global alliance of accounting firms in 76 countries, which it uses for clients' cross-border projects.
