View profile of Financial Chain Corporation (FCHAIN) GeorgiaTbilisi is where a company owner in Georgia is most likely to find a local firm. The National Statistics Office counts 1,369.4 thousand people in the city on 1 January 2026, and says more than a third of the country lives there. The directory shows 48 firms based in the city; the other five in the country are in Batumi.
Among the Tbilisi firms there are 18 law firms, 16 accounting firms and 14 corporate service providers. Thirty-nine are small, five medium-sized and four belong to large networks. For a newcomer, that spread decides what you get: a small practice can give one named contact, while a larger network has staff for audit, payroll or immigration.

View profile of MAC AdvisoryAll 48 firms have a foreign-client focus. The groups they name are foreign investors, expats, remote clients, freelancers and digital nomads, with international companies, start-ups and non-resident founders mentioned too. IT is the sector named most often, by 19 firms, then real estate by 15. Start-ups are named by seven firms, crypto by six, and construction and energy by six each. Manufacturing, retail, healthcare and hospitality appear four times each. A founder in a regulated field should ask a shortlisted firm to describe a client in the same line of work.
The entity most often named is the LLC, by 36 firms, followed by the individual entrepreneur, by 30. International company is named by 11, joint-stock company by ten and branch by ten. Eight profiles mention a company in a Free Industrial Zone, and the Revenue Service lists four such zones in Georgia, among them the Tbilisi Technology Park Free Industrial Zone. The virtual zone company is named too, in two spellings, by eleven profiles.
Tax compliance is offered by all 48, company formation by 46, accounting by 40 and bank account assistance by 33. Residency and visa help is offered by 33, a virtual office by 24 and VAT by 22. Payroll is offered by 21, corporate secretarial by 15 and audit by nine. For the narrower lines, open audit in Georgia or residency and visas in Georgia.
Two profiles name standing you can check: one states membership of the Georgian Bar Association by its founding partner, and one states entry in the SARAS accounting company registry. Ask every firm for its registration details before you sign. Twenty-three of the 48 publish prices; for the rest, describe your activity, headcount and invoice volume in the request so the quote can be specific. Fifteen firms state the year they were founded, the oldest in 2002 and the middle one in 2016, so the market mixes established practices with newer ones.
English is offered by all 48 firms, Georgian by 29 and Russian by 29. German is offered by four firms, Turkish by two, and Italian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Arabic, Chinese and French by one each. The Georgia guide sets out the legal steps, and accountants for foreign clients in Georgia lists the wider group. One request through Accountanty reaches suitable Tbilisi firms after our review.
English is offered by all 48 firms, Georgian by 29 and Russian by 29. German is offered by four and Turkish by two. If you need another language, say so in your quote request.
Many do. Forty-six of the 48 offer company formation and 40 offer accounting, so one firm can often do both. Ask whether the same team handles registration and the first annual accounts.
In most cases, yes. Bookkeeping, tax returns and payroll are done from documents and shared systems, so the firm's address matters less than the service. Ask how it handles meetings and the registry.
Eight profiles name the Free Industrial Zone company and 11 name the virtual zone company, and IT is the sector named by 19 firms. Ask any firm how many such clients it has.
Five firms are in Batumi, on the Black Sea coast. They appear on the Batumi page and can serve clients remotely. For a company in Tbilisi, the 48 firms here are the closer option.
