BDO Ireland is the Irish member of the BDO International network and, following a 2026 merger with BDO UK, forms part of a combined organisation described as employing about 8,500 people across 19 UK and Irish locations. In Ireland it works from Dublin and Limerick, with an affiliate office in Belfast. Its audience is the mid-market: entrepreneurial and growing companies, plus Irish and international clients who draw on the wider network of offices in some 169 countries and territories. Service lines span audit, tax, deals and corporate finance, consulting, risk and outsourcing, and advisory work such as sustainability and ESG, forensic and dispute support, and customs and international trade. A corporate governance team supports companies from registration through structural change to wind-up and handles routine secretarial compliance. Client-facing material is in English, and fees are not published online. The firm has no stated language desks and no stated Italian-speaking service.
