About Inkonta

Since 1996 the Malinauskas family has run Inkonta from the Raduškevičius Palace, a nineteenth-century building near the Green Bridge in central Vilnius. The business combines an accounting department with a law practice, so clients can handle bookkeeping, tax matters and legal issues with one team. Accounting packages are arranged by stage of development, from a start-up package that sets up the accounts and initial tax decisions, through day-to-day bookkeeping and cash-flow oversight for small businesses, to financial management and structuring for growing companies. The firm states that it provides company formation and can register a company remotely, and it also assists with licences for regulated activities and prepares tax returns for private clients. Its lawyers have advised on mergers and acquisitions. The site is available in English and Lithuanian. It does not present a dedicated service for foreign investors, and no prices are published.
