Founded in 2001 as Fiduciaire Ensch, Wallers et Associés by three chartered accountants established since the 1970s and 1980s, EWA Fiduciaire took its current name in 2010 and is based in Ettelbruck in the north of the country, with a second office in Diekirch after acquiring Fiduciaire Thill in 2021. The group employs around sixty qualified people and includes Luxsalaires, its payroll and HR specialist, and Firelux, a domiciliation company. Accounting work covers customer and supplier ledgers, annual financial statements, general meetings and publication, while tax services include corporate income, municipal business and wealth tax returns, personal returns, VAT returns and Intrastat, together with advice on national and international tax filing obligations. For new businesses the firm sets up companies, preparing the business plan and articles of association and handling the business authorisation and registrations with the authorities. It also acts as statutory auditor, offers HR and payroll services and management consulting. The site is published in English, French, German and Luxembourgish.

Services

Company set-up covers the financing plan, drafting the articles of association, the business-authorisation file for the Ministry of the Economy and registrations with the various administrations. Accounting includes ledgers, annual accounts, general meetings and publication.
