About Pegasus Services

Established in 2019 and a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables, Pegasus Services is a Luxembourg accounting and tax firm with offices in Livange, south of the capital, and in Luxembourg City. It works for commercial companies, the self-employed, very small and medium-sized businesses and holdings, as well as private equity, real estate, unregulated fund and securitisation structures. Its English company incorporation page describes a one-stop service for individual entrepreneurs, family offices and financial groups: analysing the project, choosing the legal form, drafting the articles, coordinating the bank account opening, applying for the business licence, registering the beneficial owners and VAT, and helping find premises.
