Founded by four partners who all passed the Luxembourg chartered accountant exam and previously held senior roles at large trust and domiciliation providers, Key Partners is a registered chartered accountancy firm on Rue de la Grève positioning itself as an independent alternative to the large local service providers. The partners have served international corporates, high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, private equity, real estate and sovereign wealth clients from Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia, and between them work in French, English, Spanish, German and Luxembourgish. Its setup service covers regulatory documentation, drafting of articles, coordination of the incorporation with the notary and opening of bank accounts. Domiciled companies then receive a registered office, directors' and managers' mandates, corporate administration and registers, and substance solutions including help opening a dedicated office and hiring local staff. Accountants prepare Lux GAAP or IFRS stand-alone and consolidated accounts, eCDF filings and FATCA, CRS, CbCR, CSSF and BCL reporting, alongside direct and indirect tax returns and payroll.

Corporate administration includes registered office, directors' mandates, registers, filings, correspondence and bank account follow-up. Accounting covers books and records, Lux GAAP or IFRS stand-alone and consolidated accounts, eCDF and audit support. Reporting includes FATCA, CRS, CbCR, CSSF, BCL and STATEC.
