About Vella & Associates

Vella & Associates is a partnership of two brothers offering accountancy and business advisory services across the Maltese Islands. One partner has a background in manufacturing and catering, the other in retail and import costing, giving the practice experience across many sectors. Its clients, both domestic and foreign, range from self-employed individuals to private and public limited companies and include property developers, hoteliers, caterers, retailers and beverage producers. The practice names assistance to foreign investors registering a company in Malta as a specialised area, helping them identify suitable fiscal incentives. It also supports clients with EU and domestic grants and works with a network of auditors, lawyers, insurance brokers and IT specialists. The website is in English only and no prices are published.

Services

Services include accountancy and management accounting, cost accounting, tax consultancy, cash flow management and payroll. Importation consultancy and product costing are available, along with company formation and Sage implementation.
