View profile of Said AccountingMosta has four firms, and all four are accounting firms. None is a law firm or a corporate service provider by type, although three offer company formation and three offer corporate secretarial services, so you can still get a company set up here. The group is made up of two small practices, a medium firm and a member of a large network.
The clients the firms describe are a notable mix. Maltese companies and non-resident shareholders appear side by side with start-ups and established businesses, individuals relocating to Malta and foreign investors registering a company in Malta. A foreign owner of a Maltese company is therefore a familiar client, not a special case.

View profile of Vella & AssociatesHospitality is named by three of the four firms, a sector that appears much less in the larger towns. Financial services, gaming, retail and manufacturing are named by two each, and single firms name catering, education, yachting, investment funds and aviation. If you are opening a restaurant, a guesthouse or a shop run by non-residents, this is the page where firms are most likely to have worked in your sector.
Licences mentioned include MFSA authorisation as a Company Service Provider and as a trustee, plus ACCA and Certified Public Accountant qualifications. All four work in English; no other language is named, so a founder who needs Italian, Russian or French should look at Naxxar, Valletta or Sliema.
All four offer accounting, tax compliance and payroll; three offer VAT, company formation and corporate secretarial services; two offer audit and a virtual office. Only one assists with bank accounts or residence and visas.
