Internationally operating companies are the main focus of this Amsterdam tax practice, which is the Dutch member of the Taxand global network of independent tax firms. Working mostly with CFOs and tax directors of domestic and foreign groups, it combines advisory work on corporate and international tax, VAT, transfer pricing, real estate, investment management, M&A and transactional tax insurance with a compliance team that files more than five hundred returns a year. For foreign companies the firm acts as fiscal representative in the Netherlands, handling VAT registration, permit applications and periodic returns. Its employment tax and global mobility team covers 30% ruling applications, cross-border executive hires, social security and management participation plans. Through the Taxand network, advice can be coordinated in more than fifty countries from a single Dutch contact point. Services

Compliance services cover annual corporate income tax returns, including large fiscal unities, provisional assessments, monthly and quarterly VAT returns, VAT registrations in other EU countries and monthly payroll tax returns. Fiscal representation lets foreign companies register for Dutch VAT and outsource their periodic filings. Advisory work spans transfer pricing documentation, real estate transfer tax and VAT structuring, fund taxation, M&A support and tax risk insurance. Global mobility work includes 30% ruling applications.
