Created in 2011 when attorney Marc Dunnewijk and accountant Theo De Groot merged their practices, Briddge Legal & Finance is a one-stop provider for international companies setting up or expanding in Europe. From its Amsterdam headquarters and offices in Rotterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven, plus bases in Los Angeles and London, it combines corporate law, tax, accounting, payroll, HR and immigration teams. Client testimonials describe registering Dutch B.V. companies through the firm and using it afterwards for accounting, tax and legal matters. The team includes a Japan Desk and business development staff dedicated to North American clients.
