Amsterdam's World Trade Center has been home to CIS Management B.V., a Dutch trust office whose history goes back to 1991, when it began as a consultancy in law and international taxation. Since October 2013 it has held a trust services licence from De Nederlandsche Bank. The firm works almost entirely for international clients, originally from the CIS countries and now also from the Middle East, North America and both halves of Europe, and it publishes a Russian site version and a corporate presentation in Chinese. Staff speak Dutch, English, German, Russian, Hebrew and French in-house. Services run from registering new Dutch companies and providing management and domiciliation to accounting, tax filings, payroll and secretarial work, through to liquidation. A separate offer helps foreign entrepreneurs and employees relocate, covering residence and work permits, 30%-ruling applications and bank accounts. Membership of the Dutch Business Association Turkey is also mentioned.
