Founded in 1994 and based in a single office in Amsterdam's IJburg district, Londen & Van Holland brings accountants, tax advisers and lawyers together in one independent firm of around 140 people from 17 nationalities. The firm positions itself around cross-border business: its English-language site focuses on international tax structuring, compliance with CRS, FATCA and UBO rules, and VAT for companies trading across the EU. For foreign businesses that need a presence with the Dutch tax authorities it acts as fiscal representative, handling Dutch VAT registrations, Article 23 import deferment licences and EU-wide VAT reporting. Domestic clients range from small foundations to international manufacturers and private individuals, served with audits, annual accounts, IFRS reporting, corporate and private tax returns, estate planning and support during horizontal monitoring by the tax authorities.
