About Zwolse Adviesgroep

Founded in 1965 and led by director Gerrit Eenkhoorn since 2001, this accounting and advisory group works from Amsterdam, Genemuiden and Dalfsen for SMEs and non-profit organisations. Its Amsterdam office runs an English-language international page for foreign companies with a Dutch office and for foreigners planning to start a business in the Netherlands. For these clients it advises on the choice of legal form, accommodation and contacts with banks, notaries and lawyers, registers the company for VAT, payroll tax and corporate tax, and sets up and processes the accounting. Interim and annual accounts can be prepared in English, and the team liaises with the auditor and adviser in the client's home country. Domestic clients receive accountancy, tax advice, payroll administration, legal and business-economic advice across sectors such as construction, industry, hospitality, wholesale, transport and retail. The firm is affiliated with the Dutch accountants' professional body and the register of tax advisers.
