About Reanda Netherlands

Located in the World Trade Center in Amsterdam, Reanda Netherlands is the Dutch member of the Reanda international network and focuses exclusively on international companies that have a legal entity in the Netherlands. Roughly four in ten of its clients are listed companies, and the firm positions itself as auditor for large and complex groups that use the Netherlands as a platform for expansion. Its team draws on more than thirty nationalities, which the firm presents as the ability to work in the client's own language. A China Desk bridges language, culture and regulation for Chinese clients, and a Japan Desk was set up in Amsterdam under an agreement with a Japanese partner to support Japanese companies. Besides statutory audits under Dutch GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP, it compiles consolidated financial statements and offers accounting advisory services, IT audit and sustainability reporting assurance. The firm holds an AFM licence, is an NBA member, SRA certified and registered with the PCAOB.
