About EDK Consulting

With more than ten years of experience, this accounting and advisory office works from Ostrów Wielkopolski and Wrocław and serves clients remotely across Poland. Its team combines accountants, tax advisers and lawyers, and it handles sole proprietorships as well as commercial companies from any sector. Besides bookkeeping and payroll, it assists entrepreneurs who are launching a business: choosing a legal form, preparing registration papers, filing in the business or court registers, and notifying social insurance and the tax office. It also supports conversions of a sole proprietorship into a company, mergers and divisions, and advises on the Estonian CIT regime, leasing and loans. A client panel and a referral scheme are offered. The website and services are in Polish only and do not target foreign clients.
