Bono is a Bucharest fintech-style service that bundles company incorporation, invoicing and online accounting for new Romanian limited liability companies. It was built by the team behind a large Romanian platform for sole-trader accounting. Founders can register an SRL from a phone within a few days, paying only the statutory registry fee, and receive hosting of the registered office free for the first year. Afterwards the company can move onto a fixed-price digital accounting subscription that includes e-invoicing linked to the national system, payroll for a first employee, annual accounts and a dedicated accountant who is a member of the chartered accountants' body. The offer is aimed at newly formed single-shareholder companies providing services such as software, consulting, design, marketing and translation. Free calculators and guides support planning. The website is in Romanian, and there is no dedicated section for foreign or non-resident founders.
