About Elite Tax Accounting (ETA)

Established at the end of 2020, this Bucharest practice took over the operations of an earlier company with the same activity that dates back to 2007, and it is a member of the national accountants' body CECCAR. It serves Romanian SRLs and sole traders with financial accounting, tax consulting, payroll and HR administration, and offers management reports written in plain language for business owners. Clients have a dedicated authorised accountant who also handles tax filings and the relationship with the labour inspectorate. Ancillary work includes business consulting, financing applications, accounting reviews and expertise, mergers, reorganisations and liquidations, accounting software implementation and, through partners, health and safety services. Trade registry operations cover setting up, amending and winding up companies. The site is in Romanian only, lists no prices and has no section aimed at foreign clients.
