About Cedexpert

Cedexpert is a Cluj-Napoca accounting firm run by CECCAR members who state more than fifteen years of experience. It works for commercial companies, authorised sole traders, individual medical practices, individual enterprises and non-profit organisations, and presents a client-first approach with fees tailored to each case rather than a fixed tariff. The service range starts with primary documents such as invoices, receipts and cash registers, extends to financial accounting with balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and includes staff payroll administration. The firm can also guide entrepreneurs through setting up a company: it supplies a document checklist, completes the forms, books notary appointments and follows the file at the trade register. New companies formed through the firm receive two months of bookkeeping at no charge. The website is in Romanian only and does not target foreign clients.

Primary accounting (invoices, receipts, cash register, goods-received notes), stock and fixed-asset management accounting, financial accounting with trial balances, cash-flow and balance sheet, and payroll with timesheets, salary calculation, employment contracts, staff register and monthly social declaration. Company formation, amendments and deregistration at the trade register, including form completion, notary scheduling and filing follow-up. Staff training on document preparation is available on request.
