Cluj-Napoca accounting practice established in 2016 and belonging to the national chartered accountants body, with a team of about ten employees and collaborators. It keeps full financial books for limited companies, administers sole-trader registrations under both the norm-based and real-income tax systems, and runs payroll and personnel administration including employment contracts and payroll filings. Financial advisory work covers cash-flow projections and guidance on accounting and tax rules, and a legal-tax section covers the registration of limited companies, debutant companies, sole traders and individual or family enterprises, plus trade-registry formalities such as moving the registered office, changing partners or administrators, updating activity codes, suspension and closure. Monthly packages and prices are published, and newly formed companies receive a discount for the first six months. The website is in Romanian only, and no service for foreign or non-resident owners is described, so the practice serves local small businesses and freelancers.
