Cluj-Napoca based online accounting provider operated by a local digital company, serving limited companies, sole traders, individual enterprises and medical practices anywhere in Romania. Each client is assigned a dedicated accountant, with documents exchanged through a web platform and filings connected to the national e-invoicing and electronic tax-portal systems. Work is delivered by employees and partner accountants who hold the national professional authorisation. Alongside monthly bookkeeping it sells one-off trade-registry services such as preparing the full file for a new SRL or sole-trader business, relocating the registered office, opening work points, changing activity codes and share transfers. Three public subscription tiers are listed with starting prices, while formation fees are quoted case by case. The website is Romanian only and contains no section for foreign or non-resident founders.

Preparation and filing of SRL and PFA registration with the trade registry, including name options, activity codes under the new classification, articles and final check. Amendments: registered office, work points, administrators, shareholders, capital and dissolution. Monthly bookkeeping, VAT and profit-tax returns, single declaration, SAF-T and e-invoicing integration, payroll with employment contracts and Revisal, balance sheets, specialised packages for doctors and IT firms.
