Law firm founded in the autumn of 1995 in Timisoara, with an office in the historic centre and a team of four lawyers supported by collaborating counsel. From the start it focused on business, commercial and tax law, including the setting up of companies, commercial and tax consultancy, commercial litigation and insolvency. Its website exists in English, Italian and Romanian. Clients range from financial and industrial institutions and multinationals to individuals, and the firm acts for local companies as well as foreign businesses that want to invest in Romania.
