CLA Saudi Arabia is an audit and advisory practice registered with SOCPA since 2015, working from offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. It is a licensed member firm of the CLA Global association and keeps its own name and management. The practice serves public and private sector clients across the Kingdom and presents itself as a route into the Saudi market for international corporations. Its tax and zakat team prepares returns, plans positions, handles transfer pricing, supports VAT refund claims, readiness for e-invoicing and ZATCA audits, and advises on the regional headquarters regime together with the investment ministry. A separate consulting service helps investors establish companies in the Kingdom, including branches of foreign companies.
