Established in Riyadh in 1983, this audit and accounting practice describes itself as the first professional firm to operate in the Kingdom under the first SOCPA licence issued. It was founded by two partners who had previously worked with a major international audit firm, and it now supports more than seventy auditors and advisors from its King Salman District office. The firm serves large and mid-sized Saudi businesses, family companies, listed entities, government bodies and charitable organisations. Its work spans external and internal audit, IFRS and public-sector accounting standards, local content reporting, forensic accounting, zakat and tax compliance, accounting records management and financial consultancy. A specialised legal team also handles the establishment of commercial companies. The practice is a member of the Praxity international alliance while keeping its own name, and its website is available in English and Arabic. No dedicated programme for foreign investors is published.

Services

Audit and assurance covers external audit, internal audit and risk assessment, agreed-upon procedures, IFRS conversion and public-sector accrual accounting. Tax and zakat services include VAT, withholding tax, income tax and zakat advice, objections, and monthly or quarterly filings. Accounting support covers bookkeeping systems, chart of accounts, monthly and annual closings and financial statements. Consultancy includes feasibility studies, financial and administrative regulations, organisational design and business technology selection. A legal team carries out the procedures needed to set up commercial companies. Specialist units prepare local content and forensic accounting reports.
