About Acaudit Consulting

Acaudit is a Barcelona firm of economists and lawyers in the Poblenou district, founded in 1985 by Lluís Coll Frenchina, a registered auditor, economist and lawyer. Together with two further partners and a small group of accountants and collaborating lawyers, it advises individuals, self-employed professionals and companies on tax, accounting, employment, commercial and estate matters, and also on corporate restructuring, insolvency, financial management outsourcing and compliance. Partners and collaborators speak Spanish, Catalan, English and, in one case, French, and the website is available in Spanish and Catalan. Its commercial-law practice includes planning and forming companies, drafting articles and shareholder agreements, running statutory books and acting as legal secretary, and it lists tax work for non-residents among its filings. Fees are not shown online, and no dedicated international client section is presented.
