Established in 1980 by two chartered accountants, this Catalan firm operates from Barcelona and Terrassa and now counts more than forty collaborators across consulting, audit, legal, employment and administration departments. It advises family-owned businesses as well as national and multinational groups on tax, accounting, commercial law and labour matters, with the generational handover of management completed in 2013. The legal department handles incorporation of companies, restructurings, shareholders meetings, contracts, inheritance planning and family protocols. Consulting covers national and international tax planning, consolidated group taxation and tax inspections, while the audit area performs mandatory and voluntary audits and non-financial reporting reviews.
