Formerly known as Strong Abogados, this family-run Spanish firm grew from a home-based law practice into an integrated provider for international entrepreneurs and companies settling in Spain. Offices in Barcelona and Santa Cruz de Tenerife host separate legal, accounting and tax, and payroll teams that work together on each client file. The firm concentrates on non-resident founders, foreign parent companies and individuals relocating, and publishes dedicated pages on non-resident VAT, branch registration, Canary Islands set-ups and the Beckham regime. Incorporation can be completed remotely by power of attorney, and clients receive access to an online area for documents and filings. Advisers work in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. A second generation took over management in late 2025, and the team places weight on systems that connect cloud accounting software with Spanish invoicing rules.

Company formation covers name reservation, tax identification, notarial deed by power of attorney or in person, commercial registry filing and tax registrations, plus NIE numbers, digital certificates, registered address and bank account support. Ongoing work includes bookkeeping, annual accounts, corporate and personal tax filings, VAT and VIES registration, payroll, employer-of-record hiring and regulatory compliance. Other services cover branch offices, Canary Islands special-zone companies, trademark registration, property conveyancing, wills and inheritance, and visas for investors, nomads and skilled workers.
