Based in the Costa del Sol town of Benalmádena, this consultancy was created by two partners, a labour-law specialist and an economist, who say they bring about twenty years of combined business experience. It serves self-employed professionals, companies and in particular worker cooperatives, a niche it highlights as its speciality. The offer is organised as a single point of contact for tax, employment, bookkeeping and human-resources matters, with a technology and design arm on the side. The website is published in Spanish and English, although the content is aimed mainly at the domestic market; non-resident taxes appear only as one item among its tax filings. It also handles filings at the commercial and property registries and applications for grants and subsidies on behalf of clients.

Labour services run from social-security registrations to payroll, contracts, terminations and furlough files. Accounting includes ledgers, annual accounts and viability studies.
