Operating since 1987 from Los Cristianos in the south of Tenerife, this tax and accountancy practice also has offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Fuerteventura. It was founded as a partnership by an economist and his relatives and became a limited company in 1996; about a dozen people are named on the team page and roughly two thousand regular clients are mentioned. A large part of the work is for foreigners: non-resident individuals who own property in the Canary Islands, residents who have moved to the islands, and foreign companies holding real estate in Spain. Staff between them handle clients in Spanish, English, German, Italian, French, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. The firm also acts as fiscal representative and Spanish address for non-residents, and helps with letters from the tax authority.

Services for non-residents include fiscal representation, annual and quarterly property-related tax returns, local taxes, capital gains on sales, purchase-related taxes and inheritance or gift tax. Residents receive income tax and wealth tax returns, tax-residence certificates and informative filings. Self-employed clients get bookkeeping and periodic IGIC returns, while companies receive corporate tax, accounts legalisation and mercantile registry filings. The team also assists with property purchase and sale paperwork, appeals against tax notices and general tax consultation.
